Sir,
I bought Micromax smart phone HD canvas A116 on 26-04-2013 which gone dead withing 20 days of use. It is under one year warranty. I submitted the handset at Sreetel, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad-20: Phone:040-27637913; 9293185550, with complain no. 1986 dated 12-07-2013. Till now it is not repaired.
I complained to the customer care, Micromax and everytime they say that they forwarded my complaint to the concerned department.
Kindly help me in this regard.
