Consumer Redressal

IFFRA agencies, UPPAL Hyderabad invoice No. 1205 dated 16 Aug 2012.(for two solar panel and one charger unit). Item received at Kollam (24-8-2012) through VRL courier. At the VRL courier godown, out of two, one solar glass panel found cracked and the same has been returned to sender through the return courier from kollam on the same day (24-8-2012) after telephonic conversation, and carried home the one which was not damaged. Improper packing was found to be the reason for damage. The returned item reached VRL courier at Hyderabad on 04 sep 12. But the IFFRA agency is not collecting it from the courier. I have already paid the full cost Rs14805 through internet banking from SBI Kunnicode (Kollam). The items which I hold is of no use to me without replacing the damaged one. I pray for replacement or refund at the earliest.
