respected sir beneath my window just outside my house their is a dumping of garbage daily and is not removed yet after so many day, it has become difficult to breath as it odours bad and huge number of mosquitoes have also produced due to that dumping. sir India is committed to millenium development goals which it has to attain by 2015 which includes healthy environment will not such negligent act fail India Also sir we have right to health under Indian Constituion and right to healthy environment then aren\'t we being Indian citizen suppose to have these rights??
