Consumer Redressal

I had filed a Consumer case in Noida Consumer Forum. I fought the case myself while the respondent hired a costly lawyer. The case went for a year approx but only dates were given. No hearing or pleading happened. The last one wrong date was communicated to me by the court clerk. When I reached the court on that date, it was told to me that the case has been heard and closed. I was socked but no one told me that how/why during only one hearing the case was closed in absence of the complainant. When I again approached the court, I was asked to challenge the decision in State Consumer Forum Lucknow. Being in service, it is really difficult to fight the case in Lucknow. The boasting Manufacturer (Respondent) was laughing after winning the case. I feel cheated. What should I do other than challenging the case in Lucknow? Kindly guide.
