Consumer Redressal

I have my account with HSBC. I have registered complaint with HSBC about wrong cash withdrawl from ICICI bank atm using my HSBC ATM card. They closed it once after some investigation saying that my claim was invalid also deducted Rs 252 from my account. I asked to open the investigation. They reopened it with the proof that I provided on 6/7/13. But then never came back with any response. I have called them 20 times and they are giving no valid response and when asked to transfer the call to the supervisor they say he\'ll call you back after 48 hrs. But more than 10 days have passed and no one called even after informing them 10 times.
