I had worked in a Spanco Bpo Services Pvt Ltd, Airoli, Navi Mumbai company for 2 years. I resigned from my company because of Company got shutdown due to which resign has been taken by company on immediate basis. The company had not done my full and final settlement and my dues are still pending. The company owner promised us to pay the amount but still my dues are not cleared besides several reminders. He is making false promises of giving me the payment, now if I called to company number (022-67375200) then received person inform that the lady(concern person) who have handling such issue is not present. Also the company had not deposited my P.F since last year. I had suffered a lot of problem. I have submitted PF form in April 2013. It is already 3 months over but still I am not getting even my pending salary and PF clearance. Normally it takes maximum two months after release.Now I request u to pls take necessary action & do the needful as the earlier
