Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, I have purchased one Nokia Asha 302 Mobile phone on 25th of Aug 2012. But the phone started giving me problems next morning. I contacted Nokia Care several Times and did whatever solutions they suggested but the phone remained creating new problems such as call drops and abrupt swich off and internet not connection failure. By the the evening it got switched off and never got started after that. But being busy on a official job I could not take the phone to Nokia care during weekdays I managed to go there on 01/09/2012 Saturday and the person asked me to submit the phone for repairs, which I agreed for. The asked me to collect the phone on 8th of Sept, the date on which i reached there but was informed that the phone has not arrived there and I will have to make a call and reach there as per date given by them or they will call me. I have tried a 100 times to call on the no. provided 033-25443274, and always found it busy recorded message asking to record my message Already 18 days have passed since I made the purchase and not been able to use the phone for a single day, and there is no response from Nokia Care Dunlop, Kolkata Request you to please resolve the issue With regards Abhinav Dwivedi 9830975755
