Please note that I had placed a food order no: 650690 through Justeat.in from Htderabadi Biriyani Zone on 3rd August . I made a payment thru their online payment system for 510/-. I got the confirmation mail from justeat.in at 8.20 pm stating that the order was being processed and would be delivered in 40 minutes.After I placed the order , I was called back in 10 minutes stating that the restaurant could not deliver the food to jp nagar . I asked for the refund , I was told that it would be done ASAP . I sent a mail also to the customer support I\'d........ ( surisingly there is no id for making complaints on the website. So I sent it on the support Id. Please note that I am yet to get the refund. I have tried calling the restaurant but unable to get through. I have all the evidence of the order placement as well as the online payment made through my citibank credit card.
