Consumer Redressal

BOOKING ID : GPGM-W773AFH I had booked a movie ticket in Gopalan Grand Mall: Old Madras Road . I booked it through BookMyShow.com . But Due to Emergency , I couldn\'t go to watch the movie. I had informed to bookmyshow as well as gopalan authority about my situation and I requested to cancel my tickets. But those guys refused to cancel my ticket and telling term and condition. Finally I loosed my money.It was so big disappointment for me. As per the customer convenient , Bookmyshow must provide cancellation option also. I have all reference to take this issue to consumer forum. Please take care. Thanks
