I had given my C6 Nokia phone for repair to O Fone Mobile Phone Service Shop in Thalassery, Hospital Road, Old Bus Stand - 670101 ( TeL; 974643643 to Mr. Niyas. The phone had a touch screen problem. The fault is not rectified and further more they have changed the panel of my phone which was Ivory colour and put a black colour one. It has been several months that they have not repaired or returned my phone. They have taken Rs. 3000/- from me. Kindly helpd advice how to resolve this matter and take it up with the consumer rights protection court here. Thank you. Sreekumar
