Conversation started today Dear Team , with great dissatisfaction, am writing to mention that i received fake defective pair of Provogue sunglasses from Jabong.com This product does not contains product info,item code,warranty card nor any hologram of Provogue. When I wrote to them why they have send such a defective and fake material ,they send me a PDF file as a authentication letter for this product,which I assume is also not genuine as there is no letter ref number,no reference to whom it was destined. Store is taking undue advantage of ignorance of customers to sell fake materials at high cost and putting consumer at dissatisfaction . Please have a look Please tell me , 1) if this is authentic letter produced from your team , 2) does all your sunglasses contains product info /item code or not 3) Are sunglasses covered in warranty or not 4) how to verify the genuineness Provogue sunglasses.
