I went to the Gallaeria Mobile Store to get the screen guard changed. They changed it without even specifying the price for iphone 5 screen guard. Upon asking the price they said its Rs. 799. Side by side I was looking for a bumper for the iphone 5. I reacted to the high price of the screen guard and complained that i wasnt told the price before they were changing the screen guard. They offered to reduce the price and also offered Rs 1299 for a combo offer on screen guard + bumper. The Mobile Store people were behaving like sabzi mandi hawkers trying to get the best possible price for the combo and not giving an exact price. As if the profit will go the the employees if they are successful in selling the products at a higher price. Finally the store manager Pankaj gave an offer of 999 for the combo. After further negotiations the billing was done at Rs. 699. Invoice No# 34630/9811591. re :2165. Invoice Date: 30/08/13. What kind of pricing system does Mobile store have??
