i have purchased flat 001 in \" SAnjana sapphire apartment\" in jan 2011 and possesion date was commited for july 2011. Builder handed over incomplete flat, by promissing of completion in few days time and its now over 2 years and still we have to live in compromised state, without Parking and permanent electricity connections.
please help .
