Dear Sir, I had purchased KURL-ON Mattress from RAHUL FOAM DEWAS :- Date 04/03/2003 Bill.No.1856 Amount Rs4350/- Since the time I had purchased the Mattress, I am facing problem literally complained every month but every time the end result is the same. I am really depressed to note that inspite of complaining every month for a new Mattress that too within the warranty period, no replacement of the faulty product is provided to us. I had also complaint to Custmor care service. My custmor complaint no.TN 49985 date.07/08/2013. It is my earnest request to please help me in getting the replacement of the faulty product as the company in not willing to do the same.
