I have booked Dr Morepen True Comfort Adult Diaper Medium (QTY:1) on 30/7/13 order no 5489707 at Shopclue.com. Courier showed it has been delivered but my father didn\'t get it. I knocked the door of shopclue they gave me tickets after ticket of complaint but till date there is no result. An example of their mail is pasted below-
