Consumer Redressal

I had purchased 3 Glass pitchers from Food Hall Stores on One M.G Mall.Out of that two of them were of same prices each costing Rs.1150.They had packed the jugs in single wrapping and had placed it in a carton box in which they were stuffed because of which one of them broke.I had taken it home on openening it saw the broken condition got back the product immediately back to the stores.I requested them to replace the product or reimburse the amount paid.But they rudely rejected my appeal.Hence it is due to their negligence Iam bearing the consequences.Please redress my grievances and help me out.Thank you
