I had purchased a USHA mono block water pump on 03rd August, 2013. On 09th August the pump stopped working and the complaint was lodged for the same on 10th August with the Customer Care center of Usha. Its been 20 days and multiple calls to the call center the problem has not been rectified leaving me no option but to have water filled in my over head tank with the local water tankers.
Would request your intervention to help look into the matter and penalise the company for the same. My complaint no is as mentioned here below
