During my visit to China in the month of October,2012,I was forced to sign on two charge slip of Rs.86000/- each one of ICIC-Visa Card and other one of HDFC-MAster card. I immedaitely filed an FIR in chinese police station and recited the entire incident to both the banks.
On my return I had submitted all the documents to both the parties. HDFC bank after going thru it has reversed our debit but ICICI bank has refused to do so and are harassing on daily basis for recovering this amt.
I fail to understand if one bank has full investigated and give the credit, how can the other bank refuse thesame.
Please assist on this.
