Consumer Redressal

I bought a LG TV from Croma Malad west and got it financed from Bajaj in Oct 2011. I gave cancelled cheque and opted for ECS clearing. From first EMI Bajaj people start telling me that my ECS is bouncing back due to non availability of funds whereas i had more than enough balance in my account. This went on for 8 months. Then i check with my citibank and according to citibank the MICR code was wrongly written. This was filled by Bajaj guys by looking into my cheque. Anyways, i then asked them ( i have all the emails) to clear my account. Meanwhile these guys sent me 02 legal notices. Which they said its a common procedure and will be withdrawn. Finally i paid full payment on 18th of March 2013 with an appology letter from them stating the frustration i have gone through and they will withdraw the legal notices. After 5 months, i was surprised to find a police officer on my door step with arrest warrant for non payment of dues.Enough is Enough.I want to take a legal action against them
