My EPF No. is KNBN/18023/3973 and I Submitted the form no. 19 & 10C dt. 22.06.2013 through Speed Post and got receiving SMS on dt. 26.06.2013. Claim ID for form no. 19 is BGBNG130600037230 and Claim ID for form no. 10C is BGBNG130600037234. One rejection SMS received in my Mobile No. 9475396139 on 03.07.2013 against claim ID BGBNG130600037230 and BGBNG130600037234 mentioning Rejection letter is under dispatch.For that reason I registered a online grievance to know the reason for rejection. My grievance registration no. is ROBGL/E/2013/06303.
On 26.08.2013 they send me an email mentioning that my claim has been rejected due to not signed it. They said that to resubmit the form after original attestation by my ex employer.
Now the problem is that my ex employer not helping me in withdrawing my PF claim as I am not maintain the one month notice period. For that reason I attested the both form by gazette officer and send it to RO, EPFO, Bangalore.Please help me what should I do inthat case
