Consumer Redressal

Sir, This is to inform you that I am a credit card holder of HDFC Bank, my credit card no. 5241 1100 0082 4107 and I had Total amount due of Rs.40,728.49/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Eight and Forty Nine Paisa) as per credit card statement date 12.07.2013. I deposited Rs. 2770.00/- (Rupees Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy) on 17.07.2013 and on 10.08.2013 I deposite Rs. 38,100.00/- (Thirty Eight Thousand One Hundred ) after telephonic discussion with their customer care representative Ms. Tanu(Contact No.033-61606161) on dated 10.08.2013. Ms. Tanu advised me that after payment of Rs. 37,959.00/-( Rupees Thirty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Nine) no dues will remain against my above mentioned credit card no. Now when I received credit card statement of dated 12.08.2013, there still showing total amount due of Rs.2,684.55/-(Rupees Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four and Fiffty Paisa) against my credit card including finance charges,service tax,cess tax etc. Now I have a question when I deposited my all dues as per credit card statement on dated 12.07.2013 after discussion with their representative on dated 10.08.2013 then how finannce charge,service tax, cess tax will be charged on dated 12.08.2013 against my credit card. I am willing to file a consumer case against HDFC Bank to resolve this matter. Kindly guide me to file this case at consumer forum court online. Please find enclosed copy of card statement.
