Consumer Redressal

Pl refer my subscription for the Hindu from date 16.07.13. For the same amount Rs 333.00 has already been paid. My order no. is 016041 dt 03.07.13. It is to inform that the paper has not yet started. For the same I have called subscriber\'s toll free no. 180030700505 and talked more than 10 times with Ms Manisha but the problem still persists. Also I have called Mr Girish, Sales rep. (Ph: 9739997931), Ms Manjula, Nandini (Ph: 22864240) many times, but the problem still persists. Pl help me for getting the paper delivered at my door.
