Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a Lava Tablet without sim On 15th Aug\'13. He said that this tablet has the internet access but have not informed me that it is compatible only through WIFI, however i was not in the need of WIFI. I wanted to have tablet where in i can access the internet through dongle only . He pitched me that the tablet will access the internet through dongle. He misleaded me as when i went in the next day to purchase the dongle he denied stated that this tablet is not compatible for dongle. He has misleaded me by making the fraud sale .
