I had purchased sony ericsson xperia mini mobile for 14,000Rs. Within 8 months, it has encountered a display problem. I submitted the mobile for servicing(within warranty) on july 14,2012 and was told that the problem would be resolved in 2weeks. two months is about to get over since then and the sony people are yet telling me to wait for another 2weeks. Please help me in resolving this issue as i find it difficult to make it through without my mobile. my work order no is SE31263210565 and the complain tkt no is 93351424. Even after numerous calls to the customer care , they have not resolved my issue.As a customer, i feel cheated and demand compensation. Please help me. thanks!!!
