Hi sir, i am resident to khanapur mandal dist adilabad and I applied for some Government certificate at Meeseva center near Telangana chouk khanapur but he is charging abnormal fee he is charging very high fee in hundreds and threatening the people if they oppose him on charging high. please take necesary action upon the Meeseva Center. I will be thankful you
