Consumer Redressal

I purchased an item online on 27th July, which was supposed to be delivered to me by DTDC at Gurgaon from Banglore branch by 9th Aug, but to my surprise when i checked the status online, it returned back without informing me. When i checked from DTDC, even they had no answer why it returned to banglore without mentioning the reason in thier website.Again it was resent from Banglore, but till date i haven\'t received it. I have called up at each and every possible branch but no body seems interested in getting my item delivered.when i wrote to them on 23 Aug, i got reply from them on 03 sept in which DTDC coporate asked their gurgaon branch to locate my courier, but till date no one has responded to me on that. I have written several mails to them, but all in vain as they seem not bothered about my concern. Hence i am writing to you to take appropriate action against DTDC and compensate me for thelost tim, lost item and mental agony i am facing for the last 1+ month due to DTDC.
