Hi consumer redressal, I wish to complain about taxspanner.com whom I paid Rs.200 for a service which they didn\'t provide in due time and now refusing to refund my money. I Paid Rs. 200 to taxspanner.com on 31 July 2013, by online transaction on their website, for the service of tax efiling. Till 5th August 2013 they denied the acknowledgement of the Rs.200, that I paid. After 5th August 2013 they acknowledged the receipt and agreed to give me service but by that time I already Efiled my tax return directly from Government site as 5th Aug was the last date to that. Earlier Taxspanner agreed to refund the money but now they are refusing to do so saying its against their policy. I appeal to you to consider this case and deliver justice. I paid for a service which was not provided to me by due time and now refused refund of my money. Thanks and Regards Debjit Das
