Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I had brought the sofa set from Royal oak furniture around 4 months ago for 29500 rupees. Since the beginning, I am facing one or other problem. Within first week of purchase, furniture started giving sound when anybody got up from that. When complained, company persons came & found that the basement plywood broken. They replaced. After 1 month same problem of sound repeated. When complained, service people came & gave some supports & some adjustments. For some days problem was not much visible. After some days again same problem started repeating. This time when I complained one senior technician came & tried to fix. but He was unable to. After few days one senior technician came & did nothing. Still the problem persists. Now the furniture showroom people are telling that sometimes these kind of problem will come for imported ones & I have to bear with that. When I told them I will complain they tell that I can do whatever I want. They are not going to fix the problem.
