DEAR CONCERN , i bought a belt from blackberry outlet which is located on exhibition road , patna. after few days later i found that the belt was defected and i went to the same outlet with the belt . the shop manager said its a manufacturing defect and this will be replaced , he took my defected belt and gave me the receipt . i was told to come after 15 days but i visited that store so many times, every time they used to say , come again after few days as sale is going on we can not give you new belt on replacement of previous one during sale. its been 7 months . i have all the receipt . i am fed up of this . please do consider my request and do the needfull. thank you
