Consumer Redressal

Hello Sir, i had taken AMC for Aquagurad from 4/1/13.They have told me there will 4 service and 2 candle and 2 carbon will be changed in the AMC.the cost was RS 1100/- for one year.on 4/1/13 Mr.Kamath had change the 1 candle and 1 Carbon on that day after that 3 service and 1 candle and 1 carbon is renaming.In April i had started calling for next due service but they had not respond till now.from last week i m calling for third service they are not responding to me properly.The AMC i had given to Rubicon Ro situated in jogeshwari west,mumbai.
