Dear Sir,
I had applied for EPF transfer from PF office salem to Hyd in 2003, the same was transferred in 2004, incidentally Hyd office has not credited the accumulation till date. Again now in 2007 i had again opted for transfer from hyd to Bangalore incidentally hyd office has transferred without considering the previous accumulations (although i have a copy of transfer certificates)..,
Despite my repeated requests as well as registering of PF grievance, EPF Hyd office is giving sundry responses and closing online griviences.,
kindly advice would you be interested to help me in suing EPF commissioner for the operational lapses..,
