Consumer Redressal

Today i.e. 20th aug 2013 a person saying himself a icici bank employee has been visted in my home and told that i have taken personnal loan of rs. 5 lac from them in mar 2013, he has also called to some one and that person using very abusive language, when i told him to show documents and copy of cheque also show in which account it has been credited he totally denied to do that, i have never taken this loan from icici bank or from any other bank. please suggest what to do in this matter.
