Consumer Redressal

This is Bhoomi Trivedi from Parker Hannifin. I have credit card of Axis bank since last two years. The problem is there is no outstanding and no other reason, but still my card is blocked. I called customer care number 6-7 times since last one month.. Every time they say that we are sorry and you card will start in 24 hours or one working day but its still blocked, I am just tierd of calling and chasing again and again.some of persons to whom i spoke on customer care are sijina,kartik,manisha,sandhya,mahalaxmi.
