I have purchased one double door fridge from Isha Electronics, Orai Jalaun. Bill copy is attached for your reference. When fridge reached at my residence and was in process of installation cooling system not started, then they have opened the fridge and rectified (temperarory or permanent) and started the fridge. Then I again informed them that cooling is not happening, local team members came again and done something and went but situation remained same they opened many times and finally came in conclusion in October 2012 that this is not rectifiable hence need to send it back. M/s Isha electroncs told me that you will get the fridge amount back from Samsung not the fridge replacement. In between I have transferred from Orai to Gandhidham and I went on training from November 2012, I started follow up with Isha electronics regarding fridge, Mr Baseem told me that he has processed your case with company and you will get payment within months time. I came back in January for weeks time and meet with Mr. Baseem he told me that payment is about to come and we will lift the fridge from your residence and you will get your payment. Finally they have lifted fridge from my residence in March 2013 when I was shifting my households. With lot of telephonic follow up with Isha Electronics regarding payment, initially he responded that you will get payment within months time and then he has given me Kanpur Samsung nos for further follow ups. I started follow up with Kanpur Samsung office with Mr Nurul & Mahendra. Till now I am not clear what is happening and when my payment will come.
