Consumer Redressal

I am a LPG consumer of JK Agencies Parassala with consumer no:21109.Last delivery of LPG gas cylinder was on 25/05/2013.I booked online for refill on 23/06/2013(booking no:408174).Till date the same has not been delivered by the agency. It is very difficult to get any information over phone from my gas agent.So,I enquired in person to the agency on 22/07/2013,they informed that gas has not been allotted to me from IOCl and will be supplied in the next week.I waited till 05/08/2013 and again went there for enquiring.They said that the gas delivery bill has not been processed by IOCl and to wait for another 15 days to receive the same due to the shortage of LPG cylinders.But on enquiry with the tollfree no:of IOCl,if we book for a refill after 21 days from the date of previous supply, it will take a maximum of 7 days to get the next cylinder.They are denying my rights as an Indian citizen. Kindly look into the matter,enquire the same and do the needful. I am expecting justice from you.
