My Consumer number FCT06841 OF Indane Gas.My distributor is SAAHEB DISTRIBUTOR. I have made a booking of LPG Gas refill from my registered mobil on 20.07.2013 and booking reference is 551367.On 02.08.2013 I have received one SMS related to generate of cash memo 3000048634. It was also mentioned in the SMS that the cylinder shall be delivered shortly. On 04.08.2013 I have received another SMS stating that the cylinder has been delivered. But till date (15.08.2013) I have not received the cylinder. I made a complain in Indane castomer care and the booking no is 1001873. I made a complain to my distributor also. But till date I am not getting any result. In this context I need your help to solve the problem.
