Consumer Redressal

This is regarding salon Organic Tree,located at Dlf Phase IV, Next To Galleria Market, Dlf City Phase IV Gurgaon.Ph No9899763338. They have sold a voucher of their salon on 8th Jan 2013 (Cost 2000 , 1000 to be paid to agent & rest 1000 on first visit of salon) valid for 1 year. Now last sunday on aug 4th they told me that the voucher is expired , showing me the issue date of voucher as 8th Jan 2012 instead of 2013.The date was completely hand written by their agent & can changed to any date . After purchasing I have also availed the voucher in parts numerous times starting from 16th March & for the same I have entry in my card statement too of 1000Rs for the first visit. But now from 4th Aug 2013 they are telling my card as invalid. This is completly cheating , there is still lot of money amount left in the voucher & all of sudden they can not make my card in valid. Please take appropriate action,I have only taken services of around 4000Rs, while the total cost of voucher is 8000Rs.
