Sir, We purchased Videocon washing machine 6 kg VT60DTGL on 5/10/2011 from Pai International Limited Yelhanka and the tax invoice no.366897 dated 5.10.2011.The washing machine is under warranty for a period of 2 years from 5.10.2011 to 5.10.2013. While using the washing machine we developed some technical problems with the washing machine and it was brought to the notice of the customer care of Videocon company. The company service person visited my house and inspected the machine and told me that the waste collecting unit has to be replaced. As the washing machine is under warranty period no action has been taken till date to replace the waste collecting unit. Inspite of several complaints to customer care and Pai International service/helpline.Action taken may be kindly intimated at the earliest.
