My daughter booked one floral gift from Germany online through FLORAL GIFTS TO INDIA, for her mother\'s Birthday. This was to be delivered at Noida.
Till now neither the item has been delivered to us nor M/S FLORAL GIFTS TO INDIA staff is responding on our telephonic query. In fact they are misbehaving on telephone and saying that we can approach any where.
You are requested to intervene in the said matter for needful justice to the customer.
