Sir,
I have worked with IKYA Human Capital Solutions (Deputed to PNB Metlife) from 8th aug 2012 to 28th feb 2013, after that in May 6th I have given PF claim application form to IKYA Koramangala branch (Where I got my joining kit & Salaries), but till today I didn’t receive PF amount.
I have asked with Mr. Sham when I submit my application, He said that I will get it in 2 months of time, now I tried contact him, he didn’t respond correctly & now he should not lift my call, I tried to call office no. 6713 1000, they have given customer care no. 1800 1088 999, I contact this no. almost 7 times, they said we have not received any request for PF claim, totally IKYA staff are not responding correctly.
Now I request u to pls take necessary action & do the needful as the earliest.
