Consumer Redressal

i have availed a business loan from sriram city union finance known as scuf for rs.12500000/- in april 2011 and paid first 12 emis out of 17emi\'s and now i m due 5 emis as on date due to financial imbalance i m unable to pay now and i am requesting them to give me sometime ,but they refused to do so and beyond the same they are visiting my residence every day where my family resides on daily basis to create some panicky in family regards the property which we have given as a collatoral security as they are charging me high interest of 32% diminishing they are not considering my request for some time to rpay the loan, with very good intension to close the loan asap.i m trying my best to borrow from friends but failing in the end by missing my commitments conveyed them.kindly do the needfull in getting me some time to resolve the issue.
