Sir, I have worked with the company known as Bliss Inns Pvt. Ltd. BC-17, Advant Business Park, Sec-142, Express Way, Noida-201301, which into Hotel Industry, as a Resort Manager since 01.12.2010 till 31.2.2013, my salary was paid up to April and PF amount was deducted till April 2013. My PF Account No. is GN/GGN/0031792/000/0000009.
Now on searching online I got an SMS of the status as EE Amt:6775, ER Amt: Rs.2072 as on 1.8.13. (Account updated up to 31.3.2012)-EPFO. I would like to log a complain on the company to settle my dues as the earliest. I would also like to mention the hotels which they are operating, all are in Uttaranchal, PF registered in Gurgoan and the office is in Noida. I came to understand that they have not yet paid PF amount for the lower staffs too who are on contract basics. I request you Sir, to take your immediate action on this and I seek your help to all our staffs as well. regards, Francis Charles
