Consumer Redressal

Sir, I had purchased micromax mobile model No. A-116 Micromax Canvas HD on 19.5.13 for Rs. 14000/-. The mobile was not getting charged on 5.7.13 so I took the mobile at Micromax service centre at Chaitanya Tele Service, 41-A, Gopal Nagar, Azadpur, Delhi-33 (Ph. No. 27679365) vide Job sheet No. N030813-0713-4376937 dated 5.7.13. They promised to repair it within 10 days. But after ten day it was not repaired and whenever I go their they give a new date. I have made complaint at customer care phone also but everytime they tell that it will be repaired in 7 days. I also made complaint through e.mail on 11.7.13, 21.7.13,24.7.13 but they have not repaired the mobile till now. Sir it is a costly mobile and I have used it only for around 45 days. Now they are not repairing it. Hence you are requested to interfere in this matter and I request to give me a replacement of my mobile.
