Consumer Redressal

Hi. I run a small company that has tied up with aramex couriers in bangalore. Inspire of having a signed agreement with rates, I am being repeatedly overcharged every month by them. I have sent several emails , made phone calls and visits. In fact they keep calling me and torturing me to pay more money. Please help.
