Consumer Redressal

I am using Mobile phone service from Airtel for more than 2 years with no 9432427709. Today (on 01/0/2013) around 13:58 Hrs I had made a call to 9434788439 for a duration less than a minute. Again, one incoming call was received today itself at around 15:04 Hrs for duration also less than a minute. I was not on roaming as I was in durgapur. To my surprise, after finish of received call , message appeared depicting last call charge Rs. 48. Immediately I raised my complain to 198 (customer care no.) but to my surprise the person told me that I have made call to 9434788439 from this no. for duration 33 minutes and 24 minutes respectively which I didnot. I simply requested to make a point to lodge complaint and investigate the same. But the same was not allowed. More than two times again I wanted to lodge complaint at customer care no. but failed to convince them. I sincerely want the matter to be investigated and get the balance credited to my account.
