Consumer Redressal

i was admited in apollo hospital bangalore for bypass surgery and i paid Rs. 90000 advance on the date of admission and final bill was settled by insurence company in full. while refunding advance they paid only Rs.68000 not full and and they have not given any bill for remaining amount. i asked for refund they refused to pay.
