Respected Sir,
This is w.r.t. to my PF account “MH/92681/6737” for which I submitted withdrawal form last year and I got the credit only in Feb’13.
I had submitted the grievance (i.e. SROKN/E/2013/80252) in EPF site asking for a detailed statement showing the amount refunded to me via cheque. My grievance case was closed by saying that my account is settled via cheque. What kind of response is this? I know I got the cheque, but I am disputing on the amount. It’s my hard earned money in last 7 years and I don’t want to lose any part of the interest and I feel I got short credit by Rs.40,000. I last got the statement in 2006-07. I am just asking for a statement which provides me with the break-up of amount contributed by me and employer to my PF account in each year and the interest calculated in my account from 2006 till the time I got the credit i.e. Feb ’13.
As per Right To Information Act, I have every right to get the details of my account.
