AMC No: ACHE170811003 dated Aug 5 2011 till Aug 4 2012 - Rs. 827/- paid in full for Videocon Washing Machine.
Complaint No CHE0710110208 in september for breakdown service. Refused to do service as AMC renewal is not for machine bought 5 years back and sl not visible.
This is not communicated while sign off. They were contacting all through those 5 years for renewal.
They said that they would return the money deducting tax amount. I requested for the paid service with the refund.
Still they havent done the service are return the money. There is no proper response.
