Consumer Redressal

Sir, My complaint is about the cheating done by an online shopping site namely Myntra.com where i ordered a jean but on receiving it found defective.The company people told me to arrange its return on my own.Now they are saying that they will be returning only original amount and the amount spent on its return which amounts Rs 300 plus other telephone charges and it would be kept in the account of the company for any future purchase.But as i told them that as i did not want to make any future purchase from their site.But they deny such reimbursement on the return of the jean.
