COMPLAINT AGAINST DOCTOR KUNDAN SINGH (LET TALK SPEECH & HEARING CLINIC, HOUSE NO 491, SECTOR-30, FARIDABAD) TOWARDS HIS ATTIDUE FOR MISGUIDED, MISBEHAVED AND ABUSED PHYSICALLY & VERBALLY. FROM: Date: __________ Mr. Tilak Raj Malhotra HouseNo-169,Sector-30, Faridabad-121003 (Haryana) To, Deputy.Commissioner,(Faridabad) Faridabad Administration, Haryana Dear Sir or Madam, This is to file an official complaint against a Doctor Mr. Kundan Singh, LET TALK Speech & Hearing Clinic, Sector-30, Faridabad for misbehave, Misguided, Physical & verbal abuse and also neglecting and not treating seriously. Doctor Name : Dr Kundan Singh Clinic Name: LET TALK Speech & Hearing Clinic Clinic Address: House No-491, Sector-30, Faridabad I give respect to the medical profession and Doctors like any thing but I am very upset with the incident happened with me and would like to highlight to such regulatory/government. Agency, so that at least it may not be repeated with any other patients in future. Although I am marking a compliant copy to Commissioner of police/C.M.O (B.K. Civil Hospital) Faridabad, against Dr Kundan Singh, I feel it is necessary to file a complaint at your body or any advised agency through you. Let me brief you about my self and the humiliated incident I have suffered. I am Tilak Raj Malhotra, Male: 85 Year old physically challenged, person (Copy issued from CMO Office, Faridabad) (Depended person) living in House No 169, Sector-30, Faridabad, Haryana). I went to Civil Hospital, (B.K. Hospital, [Govt Civil Hospital] Near Neelam Cinema, NIT, Faridabad), & have a meeting with Chief Medical Officer, Civil Hospital for my physical checkup. After the physical checkup, C.M.O. (Civil Hospital) has instructed to her colleague to issue a Physical disability certificate and advised me to purchase a Digital Hearing AID Machine, as I am unable to clear hearing. As instructed and advised by C.M.O, I personally went to LET TALK Speech & Hearing Clinic, House no 491, Sector-30, Faridabad, to Meet Dr. Kundan Singh, for the purchase of the Digital Hearing Aid Machine. I was very happy after the meeting with Dr. Kundan Singh because I thought that it is more reliable and comfortable for me, as it is near to my locality and if I face any problem with the machine or any additional advice required, it is easy to approach. On that basis I discussed and got the rate of Digital Hearing Machine as Rs. 11,000/- verbally from Dr. Kundan Singh (LET TALK Speech & Hearing Clinic,), Sector-30, Faridabad.. On the same day evening I discussed with my younger son for the rate of Hearing machine and he also permitted to me for purchasing the machine as I am dependable to my son. (He is only the earning person at my home). The next day (20/5/2013) (Monday) myself along with my son went to Dr Kundan Singh’s & asked for the Digital Hearing machine. At that time Dr. Kundan Singh told the price of same machine has been increased to Rs. 14,000/- (Not Negotiable) and we were shocked and told him that he has mentioned Rs.11000/- just the day before. Then he told whether we want to buy or not by using rough language.. My younger son Pawan, is a private employee and have no time for arguments with Dr. Kundan Singh for the price of hearing machine and on my son’s request we were ready to buy the machine at the price of Rs. 14,000/-. Due to my physical disability in my body, there is no other option left with us except buying. The Machine Description: Digital Hearing Aid : Make Bernafon (Model no WIN 112) Month of Year : April 2013 The very next day (21/5/2013), I felt that machine was not working properly and I approached personally Dr. Kundan Singh (LET TALK Speech & Hearing Clinic, House no 491, Sector-30, Faridabad) and informed the concerned problem I faced with the machine, but Dr. Kundan Singh took this issue as very casually & not shown any interest for resolving this issue. He repeatedly told that there is no problem with the machine and it is the best machine. I asked him to replace the machine or to return back my money but he argued vehemently and told not to visit him again in for this problem. He reiterated that if I visit again for this matter will be thrown out along with the machine. When I told him that I will take a legal step in this regard for misguiding and misbehavior, he used his foul and abused language and even threatened with his higher authority powers & approaches. He told that no one in this earth can do any legal action against doctors and Doctor has the final words and always right in their view. As there was no solution at that time and I was very tired I came back to home. In evening the same day I along with my son again approached Dr Kundan Singh’s clinic and the problem was not resolved. On Saturday 1/6/2013 I again went to meet Dr. Kundan Singh, at his clinic .In spite of listening my complaint, Doctor Kundan Singh has fired me and told me “This is my Clinic and I will decide what priority is in my life. If you have any problems go some where else and solve it.” I was surprised with such misbehavior of doctor and strongly opposed and asked him to treat me as per the merit as without Heading Aid I cannot hear any thing. Dr Kundan Singh became very angry and shouted me to leave the clinic immediately telling the same stories of Approaches and Powers of higher officials. Within seconds he started pushing me and when I opposed the same, Dr Kundan Singh pushed me forcibly with all his strength (Dr Kundan Singh even not cared about my old age or bothering about any hurt if I fell) He even came out of the clinic and used very bad and abused language which I can’t even write here. In mean time, I have also approach & informed to customer care of Beranafon dated 05/06/2013 customer care no 011-46151946 (Delhi office), the customer care executive Mr. Boby have informed the solution will resolved only by Dr. Kundan Singh, (LET TALK Speech & Hearing Clinic, Sector-30, Faridabad), where I bought the machine.. Throughout my entire life I have not seen such character and behavior of a doctor like this and I am having doubt on him whether he is really a qualified doctor to treat the patients like this way. I am very sorry to inform that he has not given any respect to my age as he was freely abusing me in all bad words I am mentally disturbed and humiliated such a way even in this century. . I request your higher authorities to take necessary action against him and resolve my matter at the earliest. Also, I have decided to file legal complaint against Dr Kundan Singh and his clinic, so that this doctor cannot behave with someone else in this way of torture. . Please help and revert as early as possible.
